Frank was a great friend and always joked with me everytime we saw each other. Atleast once a week I would get a call from Roy D. Mercer (inside joke) and I would hear Mario laughing in the background as Frank and I role played over the speakerphone. I spent time with Frank at dinners and was there to celebrate one of Tony's birthdays at Bigfoots. Frank navigated me when I had taken my boat up the channel behind his house. Very funnny. I have an endless amount of hilarious Frank stories; truly lost a dear pal. CCM
